The Quality Approach at CLL

For 30 years, our quality approach has been based on a rigorous and flexible pedagogical approach, on faultless organisation and attentive and reactive monitoring and assessments of those participating in our training.

This approach is based on five criteria :

CLL's quality approach has been certified by the Qfor seal of approval and the European Language Label.

The commitment of qualified trainers

The selection of trainers at CLL who either teach their mother tongue or who are blingual, is based on four main criteria - initial training, experience, competence and ensuring that their profile corresponds to the specific tasks entrusted to them. CLL has a trainer recruitment department, especially created to carry out this role.

The ongoing training of the trainers

The ongoing training of the trainers is an essential part of CLL's quality strategy. Our Pedagogical Department organises, throughout the year, initial training in the methodology and philosophy of CLL's work and ongoing training sessions enabling the acquisition of new didactic and linguistic skills.

A comprehensive service for every participants

Whatever the type of language course you wish to take, CLL's specialised teams provide you with the all the appropriate information, take care of your registration, support you throughout your training and help ensure that your course is a success.

For companies and public institutions, CLL's Business team offers a comprehensive and personalised service, dedicated to ensuring that the organisation of the courses offered to employees runs smoothly.

For nursery schools and primary schools, CLL's Kids & Teens organises, in addition to courses for kids and teenagers in the CLL Language Centres, courses during and outside school times.

The collection of satisfaction indicators

CLL's Pedagogical Department collects internal and external satisfaction indicators. It carries out classroom visits which not only allows for a qualitative evaluation of the class but which also provide privileged contact with the participants. The department also receives all the evaluations handed in by the participants, analyses them, and reacts as necessary.

Quality recognised by the Qfor seal of approval

CLL - Label QforFor the third consecutive time, CLL has received the Qfor seal of approval awarded to training organisations having successfully passed a quality audit.
Qfor is a modular system for the assessment and certification of the quality in training and advisory organisations based on studies analysing customer satisfaction and / or their procedures and resources.

 

Quality rewarded by the European Language Label

CLL - Label Européen des LanguesIn 2008, CLL was awarded the much sought-after European Language Label, awarded by the European Commission for the quality of its trainer training programme. The trainers are involved in a series of workshops and seminars allowing them to then introduce new learning techniques into the classroom and to offer quality training to CLL's different clients.
