  Post-graduate degree (min. 3 years) in linguistics: your academic expertise demonstrates your commitment to the linguistic excellence you offer our customers.

• 

  Proven experience in teaching the target language: with at least 2 years’ experience and a minimum of 1,600 hours since 2015, you have proven your ability to effectively guide adults in their language learning.

• 

  Experience in an international, multi- and multi-cultural environment: you have a thorough understanding of the challenges and opportunities of teaching in a diverse international environment.

The Pedagogical Quality Advisor (m/f) reports to the Department Manager and is responsible for the overall pedagogical approach and quality of the learning content and materials in several languages.

Job description

Together with your colleagues from the Business department, you will be responsible for:

• conducting pedagogical quality assurance actions to ensure that all materials and course content is compliant with the CLL business standards and client expectations;
• creating and/or participating in creation of online and offline pedagogical materials (syllabi, work sheets, flashcards, etc.);
• training and coaching the trainers (especially in the field of new technologies): briefings, class visits, feedback sessions, follow-up;
• communication with trainers; you ensure daily support on both content-related matters and the practical use of CLL’s LMS;
• applying new forms of learning using digital technologies;
• developing and organizing online and offline training workshops;
• staying abreast of new developments in pedagogy and exchanging ideas with trainers and colleagues.

Your profile

• You have a degree in the field of languages and/or education (additional training in digital education is a plus).
• You have a C1 level in Dutch and/or English and you also speak French (preferably B2 or above).
• You have a keen interest in language learning and language teaching.
• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a language trainer (preferably in a business environment) and/or as pedagogical advisor
• You are able to create tailor-made training programs and participate in drafting pedagogical proposals for tenders.

Description du poste

En tant que Conseiller en Formation (M/F/X), vous jouerez un rôle essentiel au sein de notre école de langues. Vous serez le premier point de contact pour nos apprenants et prospects, et votre mission consistera à les conseiller et les guider dans le choix de leurs cours de langues. Vous serez le lien entre notre organisation et notre clientèle. Vos responsabilités incluront :

• Accueillir chaleureusement les  apprenants et les prospects dans notre Centre.
• Fournir des conseils personnalisés en identifiant leurs besoins linguistiques et en proposant les programmes de formation appropriés.
• Répondre aux demandes par téléphone, par e-mail et en personne.
• Gérer les inscriptions, les facturations et les données des étudiants dans notre système.
• Participer à la prospection de nouveaux participants et formateurs.
• Assurer la gestion logistique et opérationnelle du Centre (gestion du centre et des locaux, des équipements audio-visuels et du cadre)
• Sous la supervision du Responsable du Centre CLL de LLN, prendre en charge la planification des cours, en ce compris la confirmation des cours aux formateurs et prendre en charge la communication aux formateurs et participants des informations nécessaires au bon déroulement des sessions de cours ;
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos programmes et processus de formation.

Votre Profil

• Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de Baccalauréat. Toute expérience d’au moins deux ans dans le conseil, la vente et l’accueil sera un plus !
• Vous avez le sens du contact commercial, avez le souci constant de la satisfaction du client et faites preuve d’une grande capacité d’écoute. Conseiller les clients et réaliser des ventes vous motivent !
• Vous êtes rigoureux dans votre organisation et faites preuve d’initiatives.
• Vous aimez le travail d’équipe mais pouvez également travailler de manière autonome.
• Vous avez une très bonne connaissance de l’anglais (minimum B2) ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout.
• En fonction du calendrier des formations, vous êtes disposé(e) à adapter votre horaire et à travailler certaines soirées (jusqu’à 19h).
• Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et avez une passion pour la satisfaction du client.
• Vous faites preuve d’une attitude positive, enthousiaste et proactive face aux défis.
